WVU football lands third defensive transfer from Power 4 program

WVU football landed their third commitment on the defensive side of the ball from a Power 4 program as a second sibling duo is now set to play for the Mountaineers in the 2026 season.

West Virginia officially landed a commitment on Monday afternoon from Wisconsin defensive back Geimere Latimer. Latimer is the brother of four-star 2026 high school signee Amari Latimer, who was set to join the Badgers before being flipped by the Mountaineers during the Early Signing Period in December.
