Young West Bromwich Albion forward Ollie Bostock says refusing to sulk over game time helped him be ready for his FA Cup starring role on Sunday.

The 18-year-old had just a four-minute substitute appearance against Millwall to his name as he headed to Swansea with the Baggies squad for the third-round tie.

But having been sent on in the 60th minute by interim head coach James Morrison, Bostock crossed for Jed Wallace to put the visitors ahead in extra time before the Swans equalised to forced penalties.

With the shootout poised at 5-5, the Wales youth international then kept his cool to convert the winning spot-kick.
