Speculation continues to rise around the Washington Commanders and offensive coordinator Kliff Kingsbury going their separate ways this offseason. The play-caller is reportedly going to get head coaching consideration. Still, reports also suggest he could be made surplus to requirements regardless of whether he gets a top job elsewhere.
This unsurprisingly came up during head coach Dan Quinn and general manager Adam Peters' exit press conference. The answer told fans all they needed to know — albeit in the most indirect way possible.
