It’s been 14 years since the Texas Tech Lady Raiders found a way to get a win against the Baylor Bears. There have been 31 games in a row in which the Bears have managed to beat Texas Tech. But, finally, on Sunday, the Texas Tech women’s basketball team FINALLY managed to hand the No. 15 Baylor Bears a defeat.
And it’s certainly one that shows just how good this particular Texas Tech Lady Raider women’s basketball team could be this season.
In the Big 12 opener for Texas Tech and Baylor, the Lady Raiders managed to end their 14-year drought against the Bears despite the fact that Texas Tech just simply couldn’t make anything from three point range.
