Judging draft classes minutes after they are finalized is largely a waste of time. We won’t truly know how players translate to the league and develop until three or four years from now. However, it’s always interesting to see what different analytic models think of your team’s draft class at it’s outset.
At least one such model was impressed with the Titans six man haul. The NFL’s NextGen Stats department scored every pick based on athleticism and production and found the Titans to be the 4th best class in the league.
