Penn State men's soccer is making moves in the offseason, adding two new players to its roster.
Goalkeeper Justin Ross joins the Nittany Lions from Clemson after his freshman season. The Pennsylvania native played club for the Philadelphia Union and the Cedar Stars Academy before joining the Tigers. He did not play during the 2025 season and is looking for time while playing for the Nittany Lions.

The second new recruit for Penn State is forward and midfielder Dylan Mirakian, who is a Kansas native and joins the Nittany Lions from the IMG Academy.
