Franz Wagner, who was ruled out of his 15th straight game before Orlando hosted Philadelphia at Kia Center on Friday night, has “been on the court doing a little bit more, a little bit of contact stuff, just getting his cardio and conditioning up on the court,” according to coach Jamahl Mosley.
