It looked like Mel Brown was in for a big year at UConn before a broken collarbone derailed things, and now he’s reportedly taking a visit to Oklahoma State.
Brown will be in Stillwater on Wednesday and Thursday, according to Kevin Cacabelos. His OSU visit will come after trips to Tulsa and Colorado State.
The 2025 season was Brown’s second at UConn, and he was off to a strong start. In three games, Brown had 159 rushing yards on 16 carries (9.9 yards per), but a broken collarbone held him out until the Huskies regular season finale against FAU, where Brown promptly ran for 70 yards and a touchdown on 10 carries.
