The Minnesota Timberwolves have been attached to nearly every attainable point guard in the association, and given the hole they have at the position, landing one of them seems more likely than not.
When it comes to available players, there are the star point guards like Ja Morant, LaMelo Ball, and Darius Garland. But all of them have a lofty price tag that will mean giving up significant contracts and assets. There are also role players such as Tre Jones, Dennis Schroder, and Tre Mann who could work, but it is questionable how much of an upgrade they'll actually be.
