Justin Patton Injury Update

Minneapolis/St. Paul – The Minnesota Timberwolves announced center Justin Patton underwent successful surgery designed to encourage further healing of a prior metatarsal fracture. Patton originally underwent surgery to repair a broken fifth metatarsal on his left foot on July 4, 2017. Today’s procedure was performed in New York by Dr. Martin O’Malley of the Hospital for Special Surgery. Patton will be sidelined indefinitely and further updates to his progress will be issued when appropriate.
