If given the opportunity, the Miami Heat should look to make a Tyler Herro for Ja Morant swap. It's risky and would come with plenty of pushback (especially from a portion of the fan base), but it's a gamble that could pay off in a significant way down the line for Miami.
And with how the season has begun to fall off the rails, I'm not really sure why the Heat wouldn't be willing to, at the very least, consider such a move.
If there's one thing that has become abundantly clear this year, it's that this Heat team needs an injection of talent - and elite talent at that.
