The Los Angeles Dodgers have been somewhat quiet, almost eerily so, during this offseason.
A few minor moves were made around the fringes of the ballclub. Outside of the Edwin Diaz three-year agreement, there’s not been the ‘splash’ move the fanbase is accustomed to seeing.
That’s not to say a massive move isn’t in the cards. Having said that, the Dodgers have the ability to be patient in waiting for the market to shake out. Garnering value in any free agent dea/trade is a staple of how Andrew Friedman operates. When the time to strike is present, LA won’t hesitate in making a move to upgrade the team’s prospects.
