Alabama Beats Kentucky for Fourth Consecutive Time

Alabama controlled Kentucky from start-to-finish on the way to an impressive 89-74 win this afternoon in Tuscaloosa.

The win was Alabama’s fourth-straight victory over the Wildcats.

The Crimson Tide finished 15-for-38 (39.5%) from three-point range, while Kentucky (9-5, 0-1 SEC) was just 4-for-19 (21.1%).

Aden Holloway led Alabama (11-3, 1-0) with 26 points, including 6-for-8 from deep. Labaron Philon added 17 points.

Otega Oweh scored 22 points to lead the Cats. Jaland Lowe added 21. No other Kentucky players reached double figures.

Kentucky will try to regroup for a home game against Missouri on Wednesday.
