FARMINGTON, Utah – Idaho's Hope Hassmann was named Big Sky Conference Player of the Week following another big week for the Vandals women's basketball team.
Hassmann recorded one of the best games of her career last Saturday in Idaho's big win against Southern Utah. The talented combo guard led the Vandals in scoring with a game-high of 21 points with five made field goals, two three-pointers, and a flawless 9-9 from the charity stripe.
Her excellence wasn't limited to scoring, though. Hassmann also dished out five dimes and corralled four rebounds in Idaho's 76-72 win over a good Southern Utah squad.
