Former Georgia quarterback Carson Beck took the field in the College Football Playoff semifinals Thursday night againt Ole Miss. Most Georgia fans wanted to see Beck lose because the thought of him winning a national title at a different school is too much to handle.
Unfortunately Beck and Miami beat Ole Miss 31-27 Thursday night and have earned their spot in the College Football Playoff National Championship game.
Beck advancing to the championship game isn't great for Georgia's pride, but Beck's success could end up hurting UGA on the recruiting trail even more.
