The off-season has so far seen five players join the first team officially as either a MLS SuperDraft selection or an academy product on a home-grown player contract. Ryan Herman, Jacob Speed, Timo Pitter, and Colin Bonner were all brought in through the former, while Aaron Guillen was the lone prospect to jump up through the latter. With nearly half the current roster coming in through either avenue, one thing that's clear is that each of these five players have big shoes to fill if they are to aspire to the level required to be a key contributor for the first team.
