Veteran Linebacker Declares NFL Draft Intentions

Wade Woodaz is saying goodbye to Clemson.

Woodaz has been a mainstay on the Clemson defense the past few years. After appearing in all 14 games as a freshman in 2022, Woodaz started five games as a sophomore. He has been a full-time starter over each of the last two seasons.

“Thank you for believing in me from the moment I arrived on campus,” Woodaz said in a social media post. “Clemson has been a place of growth, high standards and memories I will carry with me forever. This program has not only shaped me as a player, but as a person.
