The Tampa Bay Rays signed infielder Logan Davidson to a minor-league contract Monday that includes an invitation to major league spring training, according to a report from Ari Alexander of KPRC 2 Houston.
The move gives Davidson a chance to compete for an Opening Day roster spot as the Rays continue to evaluate options across the infield during camp.
