NFL Analysts Have Praise for Lawrence

A couple of NFL analysts had praise for Trevor Lawrence on Sunday after the former Clemson star quarterback led the Jacksonville Jaguars (9-4) to their fourth straight victory – a 36-19 win over the Indianapolis Colts that put the Jags in sole possession of first place in the AFC South.

Lawrence completed 17-of-30 passes for 244 yards and threw two touchdown passes with no turnovers.

The 26-year-old tossed a 14-yard touchdown pass to Jakobi Meyers with 2:27 remaining in the first quarter, and then later evaded pressure before throwing a strike to Tim Patrick for a 7-yard touchdown with seven seconds to play before halftime.
