CMU extends Guevara's contract through 2021

Head coach Sue Guevara calls a player from the bench during the game against IUPUI at McGuirk Arena, Thursday, March 17, 2016.

With a Mid-American Conference West Division title and an appearance in the MAC Tournament Finals and the WNIT last season, Central Michigan women's basketball Head Coach Sue Guevara won't be leaving the program any time soon.

After seeing former Chippewa Crystal Bradford be selected seventh overall in the 2015 WNBA Draft, and a 22-11 (14-4 MAC) record last season, CMU extended Guevara's contract through the 2020-21 season. It is not known at this time how much money Guevara will be making.
