Sa’Mya Wyatt scored 13 points, seven from the free throw line, and had four assists. Brooke Moore grabbed a game-high 10 rebounds. Butler’s Caroline Dotsey paced the team in points (10) and rebounds (6). The Bulldogs forced 10 turnovers for the 18th straight game forcing double-digit turnovers. Butler held the Johnnies scoreless in the first five minutes of the third quarter for its first lead since the last minute of the first quarter.
