The Baltimore Orioles finished dead last in the American League East last season. Injuries were not the only reason for that, but the team was banged up throughout the year which certainly makes one wonder if they need to take a harder look at their training staff.
The list of all the injuries the Orioles sustained last season is truly staggering. It seemed like all season right when the Orioles would get one player back from the injured list they would lose another one. Even guys like Gunnar Henderson who played in 154 games and is normally very durable revealed later on that he was dealing with a shoulder injury throughout the season.
